The Beginning The Lanning family has been residents of Middle Tennessee for over 30 years. In 2013, Mike and Gina Lanning, the venue's owners, were blessed to come across a 20-acre farm in Christiana, something Mike had always dreamed of. Shortly after moving to the farm, they held their oldest daughter's wedding there. Not long before their second daughter married in 2015, they decided to build a barn to hold the reception. From there, what began as a venue for their three daughters, soon grew into a location perfect for not only weddings, but special events and other celebrations.
The Barn Our 2400 sqft climate controlled barn was carefully constructed to provide enough room for events of up to 150 people. The barn can be used for a wedding ceremony, a reception hall, or large celebration room for retirement parties or other similar events. With rustic details like the two lofts meant for decoration, the elegant chandeliers, and the french windows and doors at each end, our barn provides the perfect backdrop for your event. In addition to the barn interior, you can also find a great patio with a large fireplace on the exterior of one end of the barn and a gorgeous wooden cross on the other, both providing additional options for your event. The newly added 500 sqft bridal suite provides the ideal location for the brides and bridesmaids to prepare for the big day. This area doubles as a place for brides to host a wedding shower, bridal tea or brunch.
The Farm In addition to the barn, you will have access to other sites on the property. Depending on the time of year, you may also have access to gorgeous tree lines or a field of wildflowers, both creating the perfect back drop for your ceremony. How you choose to use our farm is very limited and we will work with you to find the ideal location for your event.
