Whether you need a basic package or an all inclusive package including wedding planner, caterer, bar tender, flower arrangements and more, The Lanning Farm will customize its packages to meet your needs. Below you can find a list of our standard packages, as well as, a link to our  package pricing. Please contact us for more details or to receive your customized package today. 
Wedding Packages 2020-2021

The Simple - $4400.00

Exclusive use of the facility and specified wedding features for 7 total hours on day of the event (2 hours early in the day for set up and 5 hours for the reception). Wedding features include:
  • Access to property and barn for reception
  • Bridal suite for day of preparation for bride and bridesmaids
  • Front porch and patio access for cocktail hour
  • 15 - 60” round banquet tables & 10 - 6' wooden farm tables
  • 6 – 6’ rectangular banquet tables
  • 160 white padded banquet chairs
  • 150 brown fruitwood padded banquet chairs
  • 25 round white floor length table cloths

The Charming - $5400.00

Exclusive use of the facility and all wedding features for 10 hours on day of the event. Also included, 3 hours of use on day before wedding for rehearsal and setup. Wedding features include:
  • Full access to property for choice of ceremony and reception
  • Bridal suite for day of preparation for bride and bridesmaids
  • Front porch and patio access for cocktail hour
  • Full barn access for ceremony and/or reception
  • 15 - 60” round banquet tables & 10 - 6' wooden farm tables
  • 6 – 6’ rectangular banquet tables
  • 160 white padded banquet chairs
  • 150 brown fruitwood padded banquet chairs 
  • 25 round white floor length table cloths

The Elegant - $6900.00

Exclusive use of the facility and all wedding features for 10 hours on day of the event. Also included, 3 hours of use on day before wedding for rehearsal and setup. Wedding features include:
  • Catering for 150 people from our preferred food vendor
  • Full access to property for choice of ceremony and reception
  • Bridal suite for day of preparation for bride and bridesmaids
  • Front porch and patio access for cocktail hour
  • Full barn access for ceremony and/or reception
  • 15 - 60” round banquet tables & 10 - 6' wooden farm tables
  • 6 – 6’ rectangular banquet tables
  • 160 white padded banquet chairs
  • 150 brown fruitwood padded banquet chairs
  • 25 round white floor length table cloths​

 All Inclusive Add-On - $2,000.00

Day/Month Of Wedding Coordinator

Setup before and cleanup after the event

Exclusive access to venue’s decoration collection, including: 
  • Lanterns
  • Barn doors
  • Signing and other accent tables
  • Vases and votives
  • Variety of charger plates
  • Large collection of other decoration items

Other Optional Add-Ons

Setup/Cleanup, decorating of the ceremony and reception area, full access to the venue's decoration collection - $1,200.00
Full Wedding Coordinator (includes setup/breakdown) – $1,000.00 (in addition to all-inclusive package)

Licensed Bar Tender - $250.00
Cabin for overnight(s) stay of bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride, and/or groom - $100.00 to $300.00

  • Set-up of Reception Area - Purchase your own decor or use ours and let us do the work
  • Rehearsal dinner at our local preferred vendor’s restaurant
  • Custom Wedding Invitations
  • Wedding Flowers and Floral Decorations
  • Hair and Makeup package for the bride, mothers of the bride and groom, and bridesmaids
